Returns & Exchanges:
Online purchases made through luxeforbrunch.com are valid for exchange or refund within 7 days of the delivered date. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused. If tags are removed returns will not be accepted. No exceptions. Items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.
How to Return:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the day that order is received. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Authorization number and indicate the reason for each item you wish to return.

We recommend that all returns be sent via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. Upon receipt, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited (minus shipping charges) and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns to International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks for your account to be credited (minus shipping charges) and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
